Jenna is a coach, mentor, writer and founder of Wildchild Group. As a neurodivergent thinker, she has a natural ability to see patterns and what sits beneath the surface, often before there are words for it.
Her work is shaped by both professional experience and lived reality, including years in corporate healthcare and over a decade navigating complex court and medical systems while protecting and advocating for her child.
Whether navigating personal growth, relationships or major life transitions, Jenna helps people find clarity, connect with themselves, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
Most personal growth asks you to pick a side. Play it safe, or burn it all down. Trust the plan, or trust your gut. Why should you have to choose? In fact both are important.
The wild in you is your desire, your instinct, your authenticity and joy. But wild without roots can feel chaotic, scattered, even unsafe to fully trust.
The rooted in you is your boundaries, your nervous system, your values, and your clarity. But roots without wildness can feel rigid, even lifeless.
Most of the stuck places in your life live right at the intersection of the two. That's often where we'll spend our time together.

Here. We get honest about what's going on. From there, I'll help you see what's underneath it, and give you something practical to work with, not just a feeling, but a next move.
Now. We work with what's real today: a choice in front of you, a relationship that's loud, a version of you trying to come back online. You leave with something to carry into your week, a tool, a shift, a small act of trust in yourself.
Next. From there, you step into what's ahead a little more rooted, and a little more wild. I walk it with you, but I'm not handing you a map. You're building your own compass.
